Hot Rock Therapy

I scheduled a therapeutic massage yesterday, and asked the masseus to pay a little more attention to my face, as it gets tired. I went in feeling a little punk, as the weather changes have really done a number on my sinuses. I had dull pain, and congestion. She massaged my face with rosemary and eucyliptus, an aroma therapy, and then laid small, hot rocks over my sinus passages. Within a minute I heard my passages "pop" and I left there breathing freely, and without the headache, and my face feeling totally rejuvinated. I would recommend it to anyone. It was a 90 minute massage, and cost 45.00. She is a liscensed, certified massage therapist.

Good for you. I am a great believer in massage and aromatherapy. You can make a little bag with dried lentil beans, heat in microwave just a few seconds at a time(start with 20 or 30 seconds, depends on size of bag and microwave) and add a few drops of eucalyptus and peppermint aromatherapy oil and it will work at home for you. A 90 minute massage for $45 is very inexpensive, most charge that much or more for an hour if they are licensed. That one's a keeper!
