Mary Smith's husband fell and broke his hip and did not survive the surgery. He died April 29th. He had a heart attack two years ago and his heart was weak but the doctors did not foresee any problem other than healing since he was a diabetic. Mary and her late husband would have been married 40 years in September.
Mary thanks all who have sent cards and memorials for him to the Foundation.
