Just curious. I have three herniated discs in my neck I think due to fact tht I often look down when I walk. I've several other people who also do that with BEB. I've been looking down more frequently lately not sure why but I have been having some much pain in my neck going down my arms. Does anyone else have neck pain. And any suggestions about what to do about it? Thanks Barbara |

I also have ST or Spasmodic Torticollis. Often besides the flame of pain that shoots up the side of my neck and other muscle pain problems in the neck area, my left arm will feel numb for a bit. Take care and write if I can help, |
