Thanks for the update, Steve. It goes without saying that we are sorry for the difficulties of these disorders and will pray with you that your trip to Vanderbilt results in more improvement and comfort for you. You don't sound like you have given up ... hang in there! Let us know how the Vanderbilt trip works out.

Steve, thanks for the update re your dystonia and never stop
seeking an answer for relief. As you know from our conversation at the conference, I also struggle with the
irregular breathing and difficulty speaking together with a
few others who post on this BB. Continued experimentation
and sharing with each other on this BB is a great help for

Steve, Jan and I have been away on vacation in Aruba and then Vegas so we haven't posted in awhile. Sorry to hear that you are still having the problems with the dystonia particularly as it affects your breathing and talking. I know how this has been a problem for you in the past. We will keep you in our prayers. Tell Jennifer that we said hello and hope to see you in Alabama. Don't forget, if you ever want to come to New England, we would love to have you stay with us for awhile. God Bless and keep smiling. Perhaps we need to get you and Joanne together more often so you don't feel alone with your problem. I can still picture the two of you that last day after the convention was over. Aruba was great as usual although the Casino's there fon't particularly like me. As for Vegas, it was a pretty profitable trip. I hit one slot machine for $18,000 and a couple other jackpots. We put some back obviously but we got to eat like kings and stayed for a week for free at Caesors and the Venetian so it was fun. They even gave us money back when we left with the points that we accumulated.I actually have been on a wild winning streak. About three weeks ago I won $25,000 on a 25 cent slot machine at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut and the week before that, I won $20,000 on one at Foxwoods in Connecticut. I am really not a big gambler but I am just lucky. I usually only play slots adn stay away from the tables as I have no luck there. I wish my wife had the same luck, but she never wins.

Hi to you and Jennifer. Thanks for the update. Since I, too, share some of your problems, I watch for updates on your condition and treatment. Do keep us informed. Planning for the conference is in full swing and I'm looking forward to seeing you two (again) and as many others as can come to Birmingham in August.Virginia in AL, where it's looking a whole lot like spring. My daffodils are all in bloom and my star magnolia is gorgeous. I'm loving the warm temps, but the rainy weather is the pits.
