magnets

I am currently having botox injections and it works fairly well; however I wonder has anyone with BEB tried magnets which are in the "blinders" that you wear at night over your eyes?

Alan tried magnets with no success - in fact he tried them in various forms. I don't specifically remember anyone else reporting on using them.

Its my understanding with magnets, although I've never used them--only from what I've read and heard, that you need to sleep on a magnetic mattress in order to `recharge' your body, then wear the extra magnet needed by the body part during the day to achieve the `stated' effect. I also understand many people sleeping on a magntic mattress, initially, can have confused sleep, nightmares, past problems, etc. to deal with before it settles down.

I wear the sleeping blinds sometimes but make sure I wash it every time as I believe the combination of night cream and the blinds can lead to blepharitis.
