Mary Smith from BEBRF e-mailed me and said that the cookbooks are not even in yet and that the $2.50 U.S. mailing charge is estimated for single copies in the U.S. - more, perhaps, for Canada! Ten copies
sent to Toronto might be able to go bulk mail - so will have to wait and see if its prohibitive or not.June in Toronto where its very hot today.
