OTC drug recall

I know the hypochondriacs among us will leap at this, but it still seems worth alerting everyone: The FDA is recalling all OTC drugs that contain

Phenylpropanolamine

This includes cold remedies like Alka-seltzer and Corocidin, and over 300 other common drugs that you have been feeding to your kids for years, in the belief that it couldn't harm them. Well, it causes hemmoragic strokes and heart attacks in some adult women and possibly children, so look in your medicine cabinets and return any of this stuff to the manufacturer.

Do a web search on "Phenylpropanolamine recall" to get the complete story.
