I've been lucky enough to not actually get black eyes from the injections. This has happened to others, though and maybe some of them will tell of their experiences with this.
It is a good idea to not take any aspirin products or prescription blood thinners for a week or two before your injections to help lessen or prevent the bruising. Always check with your doctor first, though, especially about any prescription blood thinners. We discussed this in a thread not to long ago.It will take a while for the bruising to go away, like with any other bruise. Initially after the injections, you can use cool paks for a day or so and then warm, moist heat after that.
If the bruising is really bad and its appearance is bothering you, there are skin tinted cover sticks that you could hide them pretty well with.

Hi Curtis ... I had a terrible raccoon eye after my last Botox session. The swelling lasted about three days and the purple stayed for ten days. Cold packs helped at first and I found that I needed lots of extra sleep. That eye was also blurry for two or three weeks. It was my worst-ever session. I had stopped my blood thinner a couple of weeks prior, so don't know what it would have been had I not.
