Dear Friends, My Dr. gave me a new perscription for my blood pressure. It was Maxzide 75/50, Generic, I called 3 drug stores for prices, and got this response, Rite Aid, $33:00 for 90, Cvs $22:00 for 90, Pharmore $15:00 for 90, I went and bought them at Pharmore, and only waited 5 minutes for them, My advice, if you need to buy meds, call around for the best price, your might be surprised at how much money you can save. Now maybe I should have called a fouth store but these 3 are the big ones in our area. Hope I helped someone, Edith in Ohio, were we need rain.

You might also try CostCo, if you have one nearby. I found Benadryl-equivalent pills for under a penny apiece there a few months back, when regular drug stores were asking ten times as much.

I buy my generic Benadryl at Wal-Mart for less than $5 for 100 capsules. Good helpful hint, Edith. Another thing to be aware of is just because a pharmacy is cheaper with one medication, they may not be with another so one does have to check around for each drug at different pharmacies. It does pay to shop around.

Sorry, you are going to have to send it my way unless the weather patterns change drastically. I usually get your weather a day later unless it stalls out and just sits there and fizzles out.

Please keep your muddy lakes. I like our clear lakes better. Nothing personal, mind you. :-)

Dear Friends, thanks for the info about prices of meds. We do not have a Costco here, and will check our Wal Mart for the generic Benadryl, Yes , you are correct about some of their other drugs may cost more, I have found that to be true.We are now getting a little rain. We are catching some in rain barrels to water the garden and my flowers, Our weather usually comes to us from the West, so unable to send it back that way, it does not listen to me anyhow, wishing rain to all of you who need it.Edith in Ohio
