I get my botox injections from neurologist Dr. Kareus in Ft Smith, AR. He says he treats about 15 blepho patients. Ptosis has been a problem a couple of times, especially this last time. He doesn't like to give the injections more than every 3 months. I've been to both Dr. D. Wilkes & Dr. V at the Univ. Hosp in Little Rock, but they couldn't do any better. Joann in Ft Smith
