Re: Conference |
WOW, $20,000, that's impressive, good going, Nilda.
Do you have any visors left?
It's in the mail. Let me know when you receive it.
Thank you, Nilda, I will.
That's really great, Nilda, that you were able to raise that much. I've spent an enjoyable hour or so reading the bb. I'm trying to learn all I can about BEB. My daughter is blinking and squeezing a lot lately. She is under a lot of stress, and has a job as an account executive. She spends a great deal of time at the computer. I want to be informed, just in case her problems continue to develop.
Nilda, wanted to personally thank you for your hard work with the fundraising efforts. When the challenge to meet specific amounts was
given, you were right there busily encouraging us all to meet the challenge. It happened and I also thank all those who contributed
to the cause. Tee shirts, visors, bags, cookbooks and all were great.
Hats off to you, gal!!!! By the way, I'll be e-mailing you privately
regarding ordering more cookbooks. It has a two-fold function--it not only has wonderful recipes, but it gives recipients an idea about our disorder and what we are dealing with in a light, positive manner. I will be giving one to all my relatives and friends.

I wasn't at the conference but I wanted to thank you for all of your hard work. The cookbooks are great - I ordered 8 to pass out to neighbors and friends. Some were for awareness but others were to thank those who have truly supported me over these last 6 years. Thanks again.

Thanks, Joanne. Please note that books should be oredered directly from the Foundation. Include your check for $12.50 per book.
Inside each book, I enclosed one of the little cards that I got free of charge from the BEBRF office. They give a good description of BEB in concise terms.
