On page 93 of your cookbook, please correct ... don't ruin your salami as this is really very good!

POK'S BEEF SALAMI
Second ingredient: TenderQuick SHOULD READ 5 TEASPOONS Tenderquick

5 cups of salt to 5 pounds of ground beef would certainly kill one off!!

Please spread the word to make corrections to as many as you can.
