I've only been getting Botox since June of '99 and the charge was about $800.00 which included the Botox at Vanderbilt Clinic. My last injections cost over $1400. The outpatient center charged $950 and the doc charged $235.00 per eye to give it. The insurance had it discounted down to $1175.00 and paid it all, but I still think that is terrible. The doc who had given it in her office the last 2 times charged $1035.00 and that was still more than I had ever paid for it. Maybe if it actually helped I'd be delighted to pay the outrageous cost, but it doesn't seem to make that much difference. I just don't get it. I'm venting my spleen I guess.!
