I believe that is one of the areas that the doctors like to stay away from due to problems with tearing and sinus problems.

Yes, that spot is one of the more painful sites to inject into, but for some cases it's essential: that muscle is the main one that spasms for a lot of people, and you gotta shoot where it spasms. As far as pain goes, the upper brow is very sensitive and also gets a larger injection than some other spots. The upper mid-lid is not a good place to inject because it causes ptosis.
