it's my theory that whenever we get in the doc's
office or get a rush of adrenalin or in my case
about 10 diet cokes the beb stops.

is there a pill anyone is taking simulating this
safely?

i swear when i'm shaking with caffeine overload
the bebs stop.

You have (re)discovered that adrenalin is your friend. That's what keeps most of us BEB'ers alive when driving, and why there aren't a lot more BEB-related auto accidents.

You can't trust it, though. As soon as you get comfortable with the level of adrenalin in your body, it stops working.

interesting rhonda. however huge amounts of caffeine severely deplete your b-vitamin supply, which are very important for your nerves. you will notice a b-vitamin deficit by being tense, nervous and very jumpy.

My eyes are better with a rush of adrenalin but caffeine does me in for the day. I can't drink any caffeiene because it makes my spasms so much worse....everyone's different!
