In Bob's post he said "...it would take about 10 minutes of shopping for my neck to get stiff and my traps. (can't remember how to spell those shoulder muscles)to contract..."
I was just spelling out the name of his shoulder muscles (You can't raise swimmers without knowing a little about most of these muscles). They are on the top of the shoulder, down the center of the back and up the back of the neck (more or less). Mine get stiff, too.Virginia in AL, already tired of winter and looking forward to spring. Hard to dig in the dirt when it's frozen.
