mary and dee. it is mentioned in the newsletter that the estrogen compounds that many of us take during both the premenopausal and menopausal times can aggravate dry eyes. jaelline first drew this to my attention during her question about men and testosterone. i have definitely noticed a worsening of my eyes during the latter phase of the premphase i am taking for premenopause and the prevention of osteoporosis, and maybe it is aggravated by dry eye. i am definitely going to ask my doctor about the hydro-eye supplement during this period in my life.
