I'd like to try and read that book, Barbara, thanks for mentioning it. A chiropractor wanted to laser/acunpucture me for the blephs. He didn't tell me enough about how/what/,etc. to satisfy me though, so I never tried it.June in Toronto (beb/meige)
Hi Barbara, I've also got the book. I purchased it 2 1/2 years ago when I was diagnosed with BEB. I wasn't able to read it then and I still can't read it. :-( I know that there is a wealth of information in it (some of it dated but important never-the-less). I bought it with the intention of reading it-but no such luck.
Thanks for mentioning it as others out there are able to read and might gain some information from it. It can still be purchased from the BEBRF.
Excellent reference book for studies that have been done.Shirley in Arkansas-If only I could read more than a few sentences without having my eyes close.
Babary, thanks for the info, I will purchase the book. Am particularly interested in specific acupuncture injection sites. I had acupuncture, but that was prior to diagnosis, when I thought that my excessive blinking was a stress symptom, therefore I was treated for stress. Getting acupuncture for BEB might work, won't know until I try.Christel in Ca. having a very bad eye day
