Valentine's/Lighthouse for the Blind

Wednesday I decided to share with my Dad what I am experiencing and learning regarding my symptoms. It was his father who I am certain had blepharospasm. In the course of our conversation, he mentioned that he will attend an annual Valentine's Day event today at Lighthouse for the Blind that has something to do with a program that my grandmother began decades ago. I just found this very interesting.
Equally interesting but less fun is that my Dad at 80 has advancing glaucoma riskng his vision and my mother at 76 has macular degeneration impairing her vision. These are fairly recent and now I am absorbing hints of B-spasm. Life gets curiouser and curiouser.
