Beb and breathing

Can anyone who has some breathing problems along with the beb tell me what their symptoms are like. I can't seem to be able to take a deep enough breath to get the air I need. It does not happen all the time, mostly at night. I went for a walk yesterday (it was 60 degrees) and noticed that it happened several times. Can I expect this to get worse and what do you do for it.

Hello Judy,

I have breathing problems too. Feel like I am being squeezed in a vice. The only thing that seems to help is if I lay down on the floor on my back with my knees bent and feet flat on the floor and do a few half sit ups. That seems to loosen the muscles up a bit and then I'm ok for a bit.

I've had breathing problems also. But I blame it on stress, not exercise. At the same time my voice acts up. Some of the words are softer or sound different.

Judith

If all you have in BEB than I suggest you try a childrens dose of dramamine. (travel sickness pills) They are chewable tablets and I carry them in my purse. . For some reason they help me. I have past this on before but do not know if anyone has tried it.

Catherine, I did see your previous posts and tried it. I can't say that I noticed any improvement in my breathing, but I did get a really dry mouth about 4 hours after taking it. I used it several times just to make sure.

Judy, I have breathing problems and not sure if caused by BEB. I am now going to a new neurolgist to evaluate my muscles. This is a referal fron a lung specialist after several test. So I am not sure what the answer is but in my case will find out. I have trouble at night and if
in a hurry.
Just think positive and take it one day at a time. We seem to have more problems than in our eyes. We can go on and thank God for what we have.
