I made Evelyn's lasagna recipe yesterday, let it sit overnight and cooked it today. It was very, very good - wouldn't know that it didn't contain meat, and I believe it was easier to cook than other recipes. We don't have the eggless salad mix here in Ontario, so I used the tofu and mixed it with a little soy milk. I'm definitely going to make it again and for company as well.Thanks Evelyn - any more recipes to share?
