'Daily life actually consists of a whole bouquet of little joys on the one hand, and a whole briar patch of tiny irritations on the other, and that happiness quite simply pivots on converting as many thorns as you can into flowers.' By Arrol Gellner.

Very good thoughts, Pippa. BUT there is such a thing as justified anger. To not complain or do something about it would be a milquetost. and i am not referring to the problems in the world, but on a personal level when someone intentionally hurts you, emotionally, physically, verbally, or otherwise.
