Re: Photophobia link
Hey Pippa,
Try this link. It is on page 39 of the archives. You were probably checking on the more current page 39.
This link should take you right to it. Geez, I spoil you people. :-) http://www.blepharospasm.org/forums/beb/archive/19440.html#19440 Shirley in Arkansas

Re: Photophobia link
Yep, you sure do. Thanks. i have read it and agree with your theory.
i have just been to the theater tonight and enjoyed the play "A Perfect Day" in spite of the fact that I forgot to take my mysterious look with me, ie my dark glasses. I did find that a fluttering half open blink helped me to adjust to the change of lighting occasionally. Goodness knows what the people around me thought...and who cares? I am becoming a bit blase now I think. Or maybe it was just that i had sympathetic company with me in the shape of two friends.
Pippa, feeling fortunate tonight.
I think everyone looks really nice in their dark glasses in the photographs. At least we can wear something flattering to help us, so we are all fortunate that way, aren't we?--modified by Pippa at Tue, Apr 30, 2002, 17:46:48
Re: TO LYNN YARBROUGH, RE: PHOTOPHOBIA
Thanks everyone for the address of the UK Dystonia society..I will get in touch with them. It's interesting about the photophobia as when my eye problems first started my 13 year old son suggested that I wear sunglasses when I was in bright lights as he had noticed that marked changes in light intensities made my eyes worse! Clever lad!
Best Wishes, Claire
