Thanks and many blessings to you all!

Thanks so much for all of your support. I talked with the school insurance rep today and I plan to talk with my doctor tomorrow. I feel that I will go ahead and take the STD. I just don't want to go back to work right now. There's only 3 weeks left and the pressure is really on.
Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Dianne,

You have the beginnings of a plan and that's the first step. Good luck in making your decisions. Just go one at a time and give yourself time to think things through.

Please give your angel daughter and also your son a big hug. They will benefit from having you home more and in a calmer state of mind.

Dianne,

You just took a very large first step. Congratualtions. I'm sure giving yourslef time off will help. One less thing to deal with.

Check under the United Way and any Home Care and Hospice type agency for volunteer help if you need it.

If you can, get some sleep. When I stopped working I took naps from 2-4 everyday. Maybe you can sneak them in while your kids are at school?

Keep us updated.

Take Care,
Denise

Diane , try and relax, get some sleep, and take the pressure off of your neck. Do you have any b-vitamins? they seem to work in a hurry to relieve some of the stress. You might feel a lot calmer by tomorrow.

Just making that one decision is a step in the right direction, Dianne, and will ease some of your stress. Be good to yourself.
