Diane's Delemma

You sure got a lot of good advice. I can only add wear dark or pink glasses or glasses that keep out flourescent lights. I think a neurologist who specializes in movement disorder is especially good. Bad typing and spelling seem to go along with it. My own personal advice is EAT CHOCOLATE. My solution for everything. Ann Doyle

I was in Starved Rock about 64 years ago and remember I had good time, I was tired and it was beautiful. Don't leave ny wrappers on the ground. Ann Doyle

Ann, we did one better today! It was my day for botox shots and afterward we went to a town about an hour away from where I get my shots and attended their CHOCOLATE FEST (NOT KIDDING!). There were a couple of large tent booths where there were unlimited SAMPLES, as well as other places offering wonderful chocolate things. Have you ever tasted chocolate pasta??? Yummmm. We skipped lunch because we were so full of chocolate and I'll admit by mid-afternoon we were rather sick of the sweets and had to have some "real" food.

Cynthia, Our daughter has recently become a PartyLite consultant. A couple of weeks ago she had a chocolate theme for a party at my niece's. My niece had made the cutest little mice. She dipped a marachino cherry with the stem intact, in chocolate.(The stem was the tail) For the head, which was attached by a toothpick, she used a small chocolate "kiss". The ears were little slivered almonds. They were so cute and so good. I even ate one. It cost me one unit of insulin:) She had made curly pasta dipped in chocolate, but it wasn't very chocolatty for some reason. The chocolate theme was a fun idea.

Although i sometimes get cravings for chocolate, it usually only makes me crave"real food" afterwards.
