I love pickles also, on sandwiches , plain ,relish, whatever. My stepgrandmother who is no longer with us, made fabulous homeade sweet pickles.

I love pickles too, especially home canned, so I make lots of them from my mother's favorite recipes. I had heard that if you have a craving for sweets and are trying to cut calories, eating pickles will solve the craving for sweets. So I have tried it, and it really works!
Ruth in MA, where we are finally getting lots of rain, which will make our cucumber seeds sprout!

Growing things from seed is very difficult, at least I haven't had much luck with it. They keep getting that 'damping off 'thing. I admire your perseverance. May you have pickles galore!
