I found a company that sells desks with the monitor lowered. I had a desk and purchased a "monitor manager". A hole is cut in your existing desk and glass installed(or not) The monitor manager cradles your monitor(up to 21inches) and the monitor can be angled to any degree. There is also an attachment for the keypad in this same configuration. You can see a picture of it at www.officefurniturefactory.com It's a wonderful help.
