Have just seen a TV promo for an item on tonight - New Botox Cream - no needles and no pain ! Probably just for wrinkles (again) - I will post back when I've seen it. Lyn

Hi everybody It was all a false alarm - typical TV advertising - the cream is actually called FAUX-TOX but the presenter actually used the word Botox at least a dozen times during the spiel, implying it contained Botox - that was the definite impression I got. At the very end, she said that Faux-tox had nothing to do with Botox or its manufacturer. It is simply an anti-wrinkle cream but they are trying to create the impression it will do the same thing as Botox. This was the same channel that was not interested in a story on the medical uses of Botox that I tried to interest them in last year.I think it is disgusting that this sort of topic appears so frequently on so-called current affairs programmes.
