When my eyes began clamping shut it was for 10-15 sec. then they'd open for a short while, then close again. Within 6-7 months from the point of dry and irritated eyes they were slapping shut for longer and longer periods of time. Now about 95% of the time they are clamped down the rest of the time when I let go of the lids I can see through little slits. The doctor that I've been refered to is Dr. Patrinely in Pensacola. I've seen on the bb that quite a few people have seen him, also some of the literature through the BEBRF has been written by him.Who did your surgery? Thanks again for the positive note. Sherrie |

I had my surgery done by a Dr. Pratt in Olympia, WA. He not only specializes in the eyes and related surgeries, but he is a plastic surgeon, so I had my eyebrows lifted as well. (oh boy! no crows feet!) Anyways, that made my recovery period a little longer but it was worth it.Bye for now.
